Adventures in Breadmaking: Artisan Sourdough II

So I finally got around to making my sourdough bread and it was definitely a challenge. If you want to make this bread you better set aside a whole weekend for it. Since it was my first time making this bread, I made sure I wasn’t otherwise occupied. I was so dedicated I pulled an all nighter for the folding process. I still have ways to go in perfecting my technique but as long as I get delicious bread out of it I’m game. 

The recipe I followed is from The Kitch; it’s very detailed for the first timers and produces amazing product. I will be making it again as there are somethings you just can’t understand until you have made your first loaf. With the newly acquired tactile knowledge, my second load should be even better. All I have to do now is get my flavoured butter chilled and ready. #Picnic
