I’ve been cooking and creating recipes for as long as I can remember. I was born to the blade and having a creative mind certainly helps in the craft.
I’m spending time transcribing all the recipes I have tested and created into a book to be passed on to my future children. I got bored half way because as I was writing, I remembered the pure joy I had in my heart when I was creating and testing recipes and that was enough to inspire me to create again.
Normally, I start with one ingredient and build from there and today this dish came about because I had some heavy cream and potatoes.
I give you my potato onion soup garnished with fried onion. The star ingredient is the grain mustard, it really tied everything together. #creamy
