When I was younger I got hooked on Korean dramas and soap operas. Not for the over-the-top theatrics, but for the costuming and the food. The style was banging and the food always looked so good. Oodles and oodles of silky noodles, BBQ and the soups OMG! Thus began my obsession with Asian cuisine.
All I ever wanted to learn was how to make dumplings. I was also obsessed with soups and sandwiches at the time so dumplings just made perfect sense. Fast forward 13 years later, I was taught how to make authentic dumplings… like grandmas family recipe good and for that I am grateful. That being said, I took it upon myself to make the meatiest dumpling I could possibly make. This batch contains: goat, beef, chicken, turkey and chorizo sausage.
Food is life.
